Career Highlight - Led a year-long citywide celebration directly engaging more than 5,000 Calgarians and raising $6M in new dollars for the arts and creative sector. The year created a lasting legacy through the establishment of the Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society, the City of Calgary’s Cultural Plan, and the Mayor’s Cultural Leaders’ Awards.

Career Highlight - Designed and implemented Calgary’s current peer-based assessment model and modernized the granting systems from paper to digital. Advocated for a $165M municipal cultural infrastructure fund and created and delivered the assessment program to allocate infrastructure investments with the City of Calgary.

Career Highlight - I founded and registered the organization, securing its first opportunity and led fundraising and delivery of ArtsHab One. A completed 12 unit live / work housing and studio project in downtown Edmonton, establishing a new model for affordable space for artists.
